Returns & Refund Policy – GNPP
We offer returns only for damaged, defective, or wrong products.
Return Conditions:
* Customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
* Product must be unused and in original packaging
* Unboxing video is mandatory for return approval
Non-Returnable Items:
* Used products
* Products damaged after delivery
* Orders without unboxing video proof
Refund Process:
* For prepaid orders, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after inspection
* For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification
Return Shipping:
* If the issue is from our side (damage / wrong item), we will bear the return shipping cost
* If the return is requested for any other reason, return shipping cost will be borne by the customer
