* COD orders may be confirmed via call or message before dispatch

3. Delivery Time
* Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days depending on location
* Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances

4. Shipping Charges

* Free shipping offers may be available during promotions

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
* COD is available for eligible locations
* GNPP reserves the right to disable COD for certain orders or customers

7. Delays & Non-Delivery
* GNPP is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect address details
* Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

8. Failed Delivery / RTO
* If a COD order is returned due to non-acceptance or incorrect address, future COD orders may be restricted
